Landscaping Duties

This is a list of the duties required by the person or company maintaining the landscape at Pipers Ridge. This job is open to qualified landscape professionals with a valid business license and insurance, and is reviewed and bid upon periodically. Proof of license and certificate of insurance must be provided (photocopies) to the HOA before work can be done.

• Mow common areas 1,2,3,4 once or twice per month during warm weather months.
• Trim, fertilize, and maintain shrubbery on both islands at entrance to Pipers Ridge.
• Provide fresh mulch to islands once per year.
• Provide mulch to border trees around common area 3.
• Keep wild vegetation cleared back at least 10 feet from common areas 1 and 4.
• Provide itemized bills for services rendered.
• Perform special projects as requested.
